MEET THE TEAM
Kevin is a native from Georgia who relocated to Tampa in early 2015. He has a BBA in Business and Economics from Mercer University, and a law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law. Previously, Kevin practiced employment law with a large specialty firm in Atlanta, and then started his own firm. Most recently, he operated his own HR consulting firm, providing a variety of outsourced HR services, including recruiting, to employers of all sizes. Throughout his career in employment law and then as an HR consultant, he has become very familiar with the advantages of flexible employment opportunities in the workplace.
Kevin relocated to Tampa to be with his fiancée, Erika, who is a Tampa native. Erika has two girls and two boys, and is keenly aware of the challenges of raising children as a single mom while working traditional jobs.
In his free time, Kevin enjoys golf, Georgia football (and sports in general), beach time, just about any outside activity, and trying to get his English Bulldog, Bella, to do something other than sleep.
Lynette is a proud second-generation Tampa native. She graduated from Florida State University with a BS in Business and Marketing and spent most of her career in business development and management. After 13 years with Tenet Healthcare and the birth of her third child, she left corporate America to focus on her family and volunteer work. She most recently served as the President of the Junior League of Tampa (which has over 1,900 members) and is committed to sharing her passion of service work with her family. She is married to Rick and has three busy children. She spends countless hours on soccer fields throughout the state cheering on her boys, but is also a very busy dance mom.
When Lynette first heard about the MomSource Network she was immediately drawn to its mission and values. She is excited to help other professionals find a work/life balance through flexible employment that will help them meet their career and family goals while also providing employers the talent needed to succeed.
Randi is a Tampa native who returned home in July of 2016 after spending her post college years in New York City, Chicago, IL and most recently, Pittsburgh, PA. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in History and received her MBA from New York University. After stints in public accounting and private enterprise accounting, Randi spent the last 12 years working for Bookminders, a company who provides outsourced accounting services to small businesses and nonprofits in Pittsburgh area. At Bookminders she worked part-time at her home office and met with clients weekly in their office. There she recognized the benefits of a company that promoted a flexible work environment and how important it is for employees to have that work/life balance.
She is married to Peter, a physician at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital, and has three school-aged children all who keep her very busy. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, cooking and cheering on the Steelers and Buccaneers with her family.
Randi is happy to be back home in Tampa and to have found MomSource. Initially she contacted MomSource about finding a part-time job in Tampa. But after learning more about them, she knew that she wanted to help professionals and employers see the business advantages of being flexible in the modern workplace. She is thrilled to join the MomSource team and be an advocate for the expansion of workplace flexibility.
