In 2015, Andrea and her family relocated to the Nashville area where she expanded the MomSource footprint!
When she is not chasing her son around, Andrea enjoys cooking, reading, the arts and traveling with her family. She is a dedicated advocate for the MomSource mission and is constantly working to educate employers, business owners and community leaders on the benefits of flexible employment. Andrea is honored to speak on behalf of MomSource candidates who are seeking a better work/life blend and is eager to bring our mission nation-wide!
Brendalyn is a native Texan who gained her BA in English creative writing from the Ohio State University.
Her professional career has been in media and technology sales with nearly ten years in recruitment advertising at the local newspaper in Austin, Texas. At the birth of their second child, she and her husband made the joint decision for her to stay at home as the primary caregiver. Because of her interest in technology and desire to stay up-to-date in the industry, Brendalyn pursued a Master’s degree in Educational technology, juggling mom duties with research.
Her husband’s job transfer took Brendalyn’s family to Nashville in 2015 where they enjoy the similarities between the two cities of Nashville and Austin both in the music/art scene and in innovation. As her children approached school-age, she started to seek an opportunity to return to the workforce and found Momsource Network through a friend. Immediately, she fell in love with Momsource Network both as a solution for employee retention for progressive employers and from personal experience as a candidate who sought this type of company. She loves learning new perspectives with a renewed wonderment about the world around us through the eyes of her children. This passion pairs nicely as a professional who can relate to and advocate for moms, dads, retirees or any professional that is seeking flexible employment to enjoy a more fulfilling work/life balance.
Brittney is a born and raised Indiana Hoosier who ventured to The University of Tennessee where she obtained a degree in Communication Studies. She brings her open, honest communication approach to MomSource where she prides herself on finding the ideal work/life balance based on candidates’ needs. Prior to her son being born, Brittney worked in Corporate America and understands the needs of progressive change for working families. Brittney is excited to join forces with the MomSource team to advocate for flexible employment in Music City and across the nation!
