He first heard of MomSource Network at Startup Day in Knoxville, Tennessee and after hearing Courtney describe her idea, he was talking with a local CEO/Investor colleague, and the CEO said that out of all the companies, MomSource was the one to watch. Adrian agreed, and two years later, he’s excited to be working with such a fantastic team.
Amy is enthusiastically married to her best friend and they share 2 crazy, amazing kids! She considers herself blessed beyond measure! Amy is a mom that gets loud on the sidelines and cries during Hallmark commercials. Her non-negotiables include her dogs, peanut butter and chocolate, lazy days on the lake, a book you get lost in, HGTV & Bravo, live music, Vol football, nail polish and sushi.
She is originally from Colorado and has made Knoxville home since 1996. She graduated from UT and had an extensive sales career in communications. After her second child was born, she left her job and enjoyed being a stay at home mom. Recently, she sought an opportunity to financially make a contribution to her family. With specific priorities and terms in mind, MomSource Network placed Amy in a flexible part time position as an assitant/office manager to a real estate agent. Amy continues that position but is also so proud to be a part of the MomSource Network and see the development of a movement that, she believes, will change the workforce. Amy applauds the progressive minded employers that have realized the value of flexible employment and the wealth of experience, knowledge, and skills that the moms in the network contribute.

Jaime is the daughter of a retired Army Colonel and a TCM Clinical Herbalist [RC]. Jessica Chill is a Knoxville native who has never shied away from hard work. She started her first job at the age of 14 and has been career driven ever since! Jessica is passionate about details and making sure things are done the right way. After pursuing a degree in Education, Jessica eventually realized her greatest strengths were in finance and numbers. She graduated with her degree in accounting from LMU in 2006. However, her time spent in education was not wasted as she has spent an extensive amount of time teaching financial classes, and instruction of software platforms, such as QuickBooks. In 2006, Jessica joined her father at Boring and Goins and is still active with the firm as a Senior Accountant. She has a rich history of wonderful long term relationships with clients all across the state of Tennessee and clients often talk about her loyalty, focus and diligence.
While Jessica enjoys giving her all to her clients, she recognizes that one of the crucial parts of living life at it’s fullest involves balancing work and home life. Meditation, reading, and yoga have taught Jessica that when she practices self-care she has energy left at the end of the day to focus on her family she is actually better equipped to be her best self at work. This is why Jessica considers MomSource to be such a great fit. Jessica is excited to join the team and spread the word that intelligent women can be successful at work and life!
