MEET THE TEAM
Ann is a native from Alabama who has spent several years moving around the Southeast due to her husband’s job. Her family relocated to Atlanta for the second time in 2014.
Ann has a BA in Communications from Auburn University. She spent the majority of her career working in the employee retirement plan industry. After relocating to Destin, FL, Ann started an event planning business. After several years in Florida her family relocated again. Ann spent a few years as a full time stay at home mom, before her family came back to the Atlanta area. Throughout her years of moving, and working, and parenting, Ann has experienced the real challenges Mom’s face when trying to attain a work life balance.
Ann and her husband David have 2 school age daughters. As a mother of girls, working for a company that advocates for flexible employment and workplace equality is important to Ann both personally and professionally. Like most Moms free time is a rare luxury. When she can, Ann enjoys walking, reading, and getting together with family and friends.
Born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama, Jo Ann is big on sweet tea and family. She married her college sweetheart 9 years ago and, since then, she’s become a proud mother of two. Jo Ann is also a self-proclaimed foodie, and regularly makes time to indulge in other interests such as the arts, movies, and mani/pedis.
Jo Ann has a BA in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis and a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Missouri State University. Post-graduation, she’s built expertise in the healthcare field in both St. Louis (SSM Healthcare) and North Carolina (Duke University Health System – Go Duke!).
Jo Ann has spent the past few years as a committed, stay at home mom for her young children while her husband has pursued a career in management consulting. She chose to join MomSource because the idea of helping talented individuals enter the workforce, while maintaining a flexible work schedule that affords time with family, was simply too good to pass up. She’s fully bought into the MomSource mission “To Change the Way Americans Work,” and she looks forward to collaborating with you to identify opportunities that fit your needs and reignite your career.
