Courtney Jones is the Founder of MomSource Network. She presents at conferences and universities around the country talking about gender diversity, the future of work and work-life blend issues.
Kim has twenty-eight years of global experience in human resource consulting, corporate and leadership roles. Kim’s expertise includes leading M&A transactions, HR service delivery transformation, compensation, benefits, talent management, and recruiting program design, as well as technology development, selection and implementations. Kim most recently was a Senior Partner with Mercer, responsible for leading their overall go-to-market strategies in Atlanta and the southeast. Other roles she held at Mercer included Global Talent Technology Solutions Leader and Global HR Effectiveness Segment Leader. She was previously a Senior Consultant with PwC’s Global HR Solutions group. Kim received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Louisiana State University.
Kevin Hooks is the Managing Partner for MomSource Network’s Florida operations. He is a native Georgian who relocated to Tampa in early 2015. He has a BBA in Business and Economics from Mercer University, and a law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law. Previously, Kevin practiced employment law with a large specialty firm in Atlanta, and then started his own firm. Most recently, he operated his own HR consulting firm, providing a variety of outsourced HR services, including recruiting, to employers of all sizes.
Throughout his career, as employment lawyer, HR consultant, and recruiter, Kevin has conducted hundreds and hundreds of interviews of candidates for a wide variety of positions. He is a skilled questioner and very knowledgeable about what employers look for in a candidate interview.
Sara Hutchison is a Career Consultant and a Professional Resume Writer. She launched Get Your Best Resume in 2014 and has helped hundreds of clients find their voice and build their confidence. Sara holds a Master’s Certificate in Career Counseling. She was quoted in a 2015 NY Times Bestseller for recognizing talent in others. In 2016 she composed a featured recruitment article for TheMuse.com. Sara is as Mompreneur and consistently amazed by the talent and passion of the MomSource job candidates in the Greater Nashville area and beyond.
Samantha Lane has spent her career perfecting the art of planned juggling. From an early start in video production and advertising, to more recent roles in higher education and wellness, Samantha has mastered accomplishing a lot with very little. It was through this art of harmonizing a busy job (sometimes two) with the essence of life that Origami Day was born. Samantha now helps clients to bring balance to a busy life through time management and increased personal productivity. Samantha holds a BS degree in Public Relations from the University of Tennessee and an MBA, with a specialization in Management, from King University.
Sheila LaNeve is a certified life and career coach who believes in a co-active approach to identifying and achieving goals. Sheila has a passion for working with individuals that need assistance with finding their best career path; whether it’s determining their preferred field of interest or building their confidence when returning to work. Sheila empowers clients by aligning their personality, core values, abilities and interests with proper guidance. Sheila is certified to administer both the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Assessment and the Strong Interest Inventory Assessment. Sheila understands the complexities and dynamics of decision-making. She aims to alleviate the stress associated with choosing an appropriate career path. Sheila is committed to professional development and keeps current on trends and expectations in college and career development. Sheila has her B.F.A. in Communications from University of Central Florida and received her coaching certification through The Coaches Training Institute.
